Raptors’ undrafted rookie Makhi Noel boasts he will win multiple championships and Finals MVPs

Makhi Noel, a 23-year-old undrafted rookie from Kansas State University, has made some bold statements on social media, saying that he will win multiple NBA championships and Finals MVPs with the Toronto Raptors. Noel, who is 5’8" and 160 lbs, signed a two-way contract with the Raptors after going undrafted in the 2023 NBA draft.

Noel had previously expressed his confidence and ambition after joining the Raptors, saying: “One day, I will have everything I ever wanted, I’m sure of it. I will make history, I will be the best player in Raptors history.”

Now, Noel has taken his claims to another level, posting on his Instagram account: “I’m happy and grateful right now, because I will win multiple NBA championships and Finals MVPs.”https://www.newbalanceelease.com

Noel’s words seem to be overly optimistic and unrealistic, considering that he only has a two-way contract and he is a 23-year-old rookie who has not played a single NBA game yet. Noel needs to prove himself step by step, and getting consistent playing time with the Raptors would be a good start.

Noel played for Kansas State University in the 2022-23 season, averaging 17.6 points, 3.5 rebounds and 8.3 assists in 36.9 minutes per game. He shot 38.6% from the field and 35.5% from three-point range. He also set an NCAA tournament record with 19 assists in a single game.https://www.newbalanceelease.com/category/new-balance

With his win, Noel will face Serbia in the final of the FIBA World Cup 2023, while the USA will play against Canada for the third place. This is the second consecutive time that the USA has failed to reach the final of the World Cup, as they last did so in 2014. Fans were shocked by this result and commented that being an NBA champion does not guarantee being a world champion, as international basketball has different rules and challenges than the NBA. Moreover, the USA did not send their strongest roster to this tournament.

Let’s wait and see how Noel will perform in the NBA and see if he can back up his words!
